Drove 1/1/2 hours to auction. For ID, offered 5 credit cards, mail with home address, truck registration, & insurance card. They said it was not good enough. Actual auctioneer not on premises. Said I would pay in cash. Still not good enough. Offered to leave $400 deposit IN CASH for bidder number. Still, they refused. Actual auctioneer still not on premises. Talk about a company stuck in the past & uncompromising, this is them. Horrific experience!
