The Officer acknowledge that many drivers fail to stop also. Obviously a problem on the weigh station and not on the drivers, yet they issue tickets regardless. Sounds like a "too bad for you" attitude.

I normally get the bypass for the static scale here when they are open. The first and only time I have been told to park and come inside was a pretty painless experience. The officer I was working with was courteous and helpful. I have been in scale houses where they hardly talked to you and refused to even help you with anything as it was your time you were wasting and not theirs. While I don't want to have to ever go inside a scale house, if I had a choice I would want it to be this one.
This weigh station need better sign system. I enter the station, stopped, saw my weigh, the sign said move forward slowly so I proceeded, and I never say any stop sign. I moved on and the State Police Officer Wieczorek Ticketed me with disregard traffic controls. It was never my intention to disregards the signs.
