Very impressed with the service with this Lowell store I had to change my windshield wipers and the young lady working at the time helped me change them in the down poor rain , that's what I call stand up service and because of that I will always be a true customer with the Lowell Indiana auto zone
I get oil change deals and use the rewards points system for some pretty good deals. The app is pretty good too, better than the other auto parts retailers.
Edit- I was called regarding the below matter, by both the district manager and the store manager (not who spoke to me during the incident). I'm still not impressed how the online ordering system works and will be calling from now on. Both the DM and SM were apologetic and offered a discount on our next purchase.

Ordered online to pick up. Get to store, we don't have those parts and won't get until tomorrow. Blamed corporate. Store's inventory was wrong, that's on the store. Blamed me for ordering parts that were instock until I places the order. Manager talked down to me as a woman in a parts store.
