if you can't say something nice don't say something at all...So the only good thing about the meal (the tasteless diet special # 126 4 tiny shrimp, a few pieces of very thinly sliced chicken, 2 small scallop w/mixed vegetables? no just broccoli.the special sauce on the side? soy sauce thickened ) from No. 1 Chinese Kitchen in Lowell is: that the container was recyclable! I usually order the chicken chop suey and its ok.

The food was just TERRIBLE. Way overpriced and super small portions. Crab rangoon had barely anything in them. What a rip. Won't be going back. It's a shame this is the only place in Lowell. We are used to good Chinese food up north. Bummer. Don't waste your time or money.
