A little pricey but definitely worth the price. Everything is well maintained, the ladies in the office are very helpful, whenever I put in maintenance requests the problem is fixed quickly and if there is a delay the maintenance guy will stop me when he sees me and let me know what's going on. There is a pool and hot tub that aren't as busy as I thought they would be considering the amount of apartments here. They have a pool monitor sometimes to make sure there aren't any issues. There is a small gym, a small storage space on my floor that is only a little bit extra. The only issue I can think of is that rent can change when you resign a lease. I haven't gotten to that point yet so I don't know how that works.
I love living here. It's quiet and well-kept, the pool and gym is always clean. The grounds are kept nice, lobby is stocked with goodies and the staff is absolutely amazing. The front office crew is kind and accommodating, always quick to help with a smile. The maintenance staff is so efficient and quick, whenever there is a problem they come out same day, often within the same hour. I love the ample parking and clean halls, the pet-friendly environment is also a huge plus. Only wish is that there was a recycling program.
Susan in the office is great! When I moved in I couldn't use the balcony due to birds and bees nesting on it. My kitchen floor was coming up and the carpet freshly shampooed eventually showed the huge amounts of stains. The fire alarm went off constantly while cooking. The safety doors are never shut. My rent has been raised and although I have to give them a 45 day notice that I'm moving they only give me 7 daynotice thatmy rent is going up before I have to let them know I'm moving out or not. So not only do I have to work I also have to solidify a new place in 7 days for September. This is unfair and I wouldn't recommend this place to any one due to that fact alone.
I was immediately impressed..
They are extremely nice until you sign that lease. They have had construction going on for well over a year now and has make this place feel like I live in a construction zone. Rent will start to skyrocket every year you are there. You may not be paying the same (or probably more) than everybody else. They have basically no maintenance department so unless it is an emergency it probably won't get done. If you have kids look elsewhere. The have nowhere to play and if they are playing they will most likely get yelled at. They can't ride bikes or play ball in the grass anywhere except for the creekbed that they designated a "play area". I feel like this place is just a money maker and the people in the office are just there to please whoever the owner is with profits.
