The dentist was very rude and told me I needed all my back teeth pulled! Went somewhere else for a second opinion because I heard this story from many people and I only needed one removed and the rest r being fixed!!! I will never recommend them to anyone and glad I talked to others that had the same experience and same outcome at their second opinion!
I had to take my wheelchair bound father for a new set of dentures. We went to Dr. Conaway at Tri-Creek Family Dentistry because we heard from others about how good he is with dentures. My father had a great experience. There are several appointments involved and we never waited one minute past our scheduled appointment time. The dentures turned out great and my father said they are the best set he has ever had!
Rude, arrogant and unprofessional sums up this dentist. Went to this place and had to get a filling. He told me before drilling that if I felt pain during the procedure I should raise my hand. When he was drilling I did feel pain and flinched but then did remember to raise my hand. I suppose my flinching angered him because after that he scolded me and then replaced the drill bit with sometjing much bigger and really became aggressive about removing that area on my tooth. I haven't ever been in such a situation whee thought the professional I paid to cure me was actually trying to punish me for violating his stupid rule.
I brought my entire family (me, wife, 2 children) to Tri-Creek Family Dentistry for cleanings. They were very professional setting up the appointments on the phone and were able to accommodate all four of us together. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Conaway spoke to me and my wife about both of our kids. There were multiple hygienists and from our experience both were great
Not a good experience. The staff seemed all about money. Very rude and unprofessional. I found another dentist in the area who is much better.
