These vacuums suck! And not the good way. How can you have an attendant on duty everyday but the trash is always filled and the bays always have mud in them? Also why is the cleaning agent way to diluted? To save cost? The place can clean your car, just make sure not to use the automatic, lots of hard water being pumped in.
$20 for all u can wash a month!!
Great staff and convenient
Not the best facility to begin with, but in Lowell it's your only choice unless you take your car through the violent wash at Speedway. Anyway, I've had 2 terrible experiences, so I'm done. The first was in the warmer months last year when the automatic wash decided to stop working part way through the cycle. I had to leave with soap all over my vehicle, go to an appointment, then stop for more cash so i could waste even more money to rinse it off in another wash bay. The most recent experience was on N.Y.E. when I tried the automatic wash again (shame on me) and this time the machine kept my money. The car wash never started, tried pressing the refund button with no results and of course no attendant on duty. I sent an e-mail to the company before I even left their property. That was almost 6 days ago and no response. I hope this place closes. It's useless.
I Washed my toy car put it underneath the scrubber thingy then mY CAR WENT SQUEAK SQUEAK I PICK THE CAR UP AND IT LOOKS LIKE I JUST BOUGHT IT WAS MORE CLEAN THE MR CLEAN.GIVE THIS PLACE 5 OUT OF 5 DONT THINK THOES NEGATIVE REVIEWS thoughs ARen't the real people
