We have always had a good experience both in person and on the app. I appreciate the fraud department who stays on their toes and brings to our attention anything they think may be unauthorized activities. Thank you all

I have retracted my negative review. I was upset with the branch. While I still maintain that I did in fact have an overwhelming negative experience, I do recognize that it was unfair of me to berate the office staff for the encounter on a review. I became hostile and bitter for what I still consider to be a legitimate reason to become upset.
